Not too long ago, we visited Progreso, Mexico. This is a city in Mexico just across the border from McAllen, Texas. As soon as you enter Progreso you see many signs advertising dental work. This is one of the signs we saw that obviously markets to Americans. The fees were incredibly cheap and the waiting room was full. Would you want to have dental work done at this office?
